Anyone headed to Quinault Casino this weekend? F4F/M4T
Going to Ocean Shores this weekend with a group of friends. It would be fun to see someone from here and play a little while staying in our separate groups, if youre already going to be there. Maybe Sneak a kiss or casually grope eachother at the bar or around the corner where noone can see? F4F You (Tsgirl) get my husband hard while we are wandering around. Maybe more if you click? NSA. Just tossing an idea out there. Seeing what sticks!
For mom's 85th b-day (end of July) we have a rental but would like to dine out one night. We like the variety of a buffet but the Quinault Casino's reviews are not great. Has anyone tried their buffet lately? or any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello Seattle Folk, Im coming to visit from Charlotte, but would love your advice and Fellowship!
Ive read all your amazing WIKI and they are very helpful, but had a few other questions and things to ponder. We are staying at Hotel Warwick from 9/17-9/22. Ive hosted several of passing redditors coming through Charlotte taking them to tailgates and BarBQ and i thought I might try to reap some of that karma A bit about us, I work for an autoparts distributor and my wife is a Pharmacist and we have dreamed about coming to your fair city. For me it started years ago with a that pathetic soap opera Grey's Anatomy, and my undying addiction to espresso and marijuana. My wife just wanted to see the culture and yadda yadda. Some of the things we want to do are listed (we have 7 days): Wayward Cafe, Go Whale Watching, Visit the original Starbucks (or last remaining OG), We want to the the "Kush Tour" unless someone can recommend something better. We plan on going to Seahawks Vikings preseason game on the 18th (we would love a tailgating invite but I will warn you that I will wear a Panthers Jersey). We are interested in the Chihuli Museum, and MoPop. We would like to visit Pikes Place market as well. Space Needle of course. Bill and We are compulsive gamblers and we are wondering is Quinault Casino worth it, do they have craps, blackjack and table games? 420 friendly and would love to know best stores in area to, or does it matter. other places we have looked at that we would love feed back on: Hoh rain forest (how do you get there and is it worth it) Seattle Glassblowing, sounds hot Bill Speidels Undergound tour Dockside Cannabis Museum Great Wheel Ferry or Ferries bc of Greys Anatomy Seattle Public Library Chihuly Garden And Starbucks has a reserve room? Anyone fair redditors have any suggestions or things to chop off im ALL EARS!
On Page 94: https://www.scribd.com/document/264638655/Lyle-Stevik-2 Just before midnight on 9/3/01, there was a "situation involving guests in a room".... why is this in Lyle's file? Was he involved? I looked up this resort and it's not far at all from where LS died. Just South-West down the highway. This happened about 2 weeks before LS died and is in his file? Hmmm.... Does anyone know what the deal is with this incident report where the police were called? Also, this is a casino. Could this explain the crisp cash Lyle had on him? This could also explain the scrapes on his knuckles that were starting to heal over. He could have been in a physical altercation over money. Another thing, I presume this is Native run? Maybe I was wrong about him being Eastern European. Maybe he is a local native and they all know exactly who LS is and they're just staying hush hush about it for some reason. A big coverup.

The Native American Quinault Nation has filed a lawsuit against Valve over gambling
This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 23%. (I'm a bot)
The Native American Quinault Nation in the state of Washington has filed a lawsuit against Valve, stating that it "Does not have a license to operate, facilitate or otherwise engage in any form of gambling." While the Quinault Nation operates its own casino in Washington which is subject to heavy regulations from state and local government, its lawsuit alleges that Valve, which is also Washington-based, has an unfair advantage. The focus of the lawsuit appears to be CS:GO skins, which led to the Washington State Gambling Commission ordering Valve to halt the 'gambling' of skins through Steam, back in 2016. At the time, a Valve spokesperson made it clear that using Steam to run a gambling business "Is not allowed by our API nor our user agreements," and that it had sent cease and desist letters to over 40 websites. Another lawsuit against Valve over gambling was rejected back in October 2016. "Quinault therefore seeks immediate injunctive and equitable relief to force Valve to stop offering the crate opening online slot machine game, to stop offering the crate opening online slot machine game until the Washington Gaming Commission can examine it to determine if it requires a license, to suspend and/or eliminate one-way trades to take Skins gambling websites' main source of Skins transfers from occurring, and to take other steps as ordered by this Court to prevent ongoing hard to Quinault and the citizens of Washington from illegal online gambling." The section marked 'Prayer for relief' then mentions "Restitution to Plaintiff of all monies wrongfully obtained by Defendant".
In case anyone's interested... Two more FOIA requests filed related to the Stevik case. One is for the release of the audio of the 911 call. The other is for any incident reports or call logs related to the 9/3/01 incident. Not sure how likely it is that either will be fulfilled, but I would think that there's a possibility that the 911 audio could be released. Might not add much to our understanding of the case, but would certainly be interesting for future podcasts or documentaries regarding Lyle. P.S. I know it probably shouldn't be done publicly, but does anyone maintain a list of Steviks around the country? I found of people named "Stevik" in places like Arizona and Missouri who I haven't seen speculated about before...
FOIA Update - no report was ever filed for 9/03/01 incident - audio of 911 call to be released following completion of investigation
Hey everybody. If anyone is interested, here is an update on two recent FOIA requests that were filed related to the Stevik case. The two requests received a swift reply from the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office (and i'd like to thank them for their swift and courteous reply). The Sheriff's Office stated that a request for audio from the 911 call which reported the discovery of Lyle's body will not be processed "upon completion of the investigation." Another request for information related to an incident that occurred at the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino on September 3rd of 2001 revealed that there was never a formal police report filed for that incident, and that any records generated were long ago destroyed per the state records retention policy in Washington State. If you're not familiar with the 9/03/01 incident, it was referenced without explanation in the Stevik case file. There was some speculation on here that it possibly had something to do with Lyle - with the fact that it could have been a fight at a casino that resulted in the scars on Lyle's knuckle, or with the crisp twenties he had on him. The response from Grays Harbor states that, "This case has been placed on active status and under investigation." which makes believe that the status of the case was recently changed. I am hopeful that there will be some comment to the media by the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office soon, if the case is on the verge of being solved.
